Trouble Shooting

Electrical Issues

Power outage - Check if the issue is affecting the whole street. If not, check your switchboard for a tripped safety switch and reset it if necessary.

No power in one room or portion of the property - Unplug all appliances and turn off all power points and light switches in the affected areas. Reset the tripped safety switch and one by one turn on each light switch, power point and plug in each appliance one by one to see if a faulty device is causing the issue.

  • If caused by your appliance, you will need to replace the item as the wiring may be faulty.
  • If caused by an appliance supplied by the rental provider e.g. Dishwasher, heater, hot water service etc. or a faulty power point or light switch please report the maintenance to your property manager.

Lights not working - Replace the lightbulb before reporting the issue.
